Frequently asked questions
I've overpaid, what happens now?
The extra amount is automatically added as credit to your Rinkel account. We'll apply it to your next invoice. It can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
When does my direct debit kick in?
From your next invoice. Any outstanding invoices before that need to be paid by using one of the available payment methods or the QR code on the invoice.
Can I update my payment method later?
Yes, at any time. Go to Manage > Billing > Payment method.
My account is blocked because of an outstanding invoice. How do I reactivate it? Log in at my.rinkel.com/account/billing and pay your outstanding invoices via iDEAL or credit card. Once payment comes through, we'll lift the block automatically.
Can users without admin rights update the payment method?
No, only admins can set up or change billing details.
