A new number is usually active straight after you order. You download the Rinkel app, log in and you’re reachable on your business number right away. Sometimes we need to carry out an extra check, such as a region or fraud check. In that case, activation takes a little longer and we’ll let you know by email.
Moving your current number to Rinkel? We’ll arrange the switch with your previous provider. Your number is active as soon as they approve the request and in the meantime you stay reachable as usual. That way, you won’t miss a single call during the switch.
