With your Rinkel subscription, you can call more than 50 international destinations — no hassle with country codes or extra contracts. Here's an overview of which countries you can call and what it costs.
What does calling abroad cost?
Professional and Expert: included in your subscription, so no extra charges for the countries listed below.
Essential:
€0.06 per minute, billed per second for Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Germany, France.
£0.05 per minute, billed per second for UK
60 öre per minute, billed per second for Sweden
You can only call landline and mobile numbers. Service numbers aren't available to call.
Which countries can I call?
You can currently call and forward calls to:
Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States.
What if my destination isn't on the list?
In that case, you won't be able to call there with your Rinkel subscription — for example Switzerland, or destinations outside Europe and the list above. For those countries, use your mobile network. Note: your provider often charges international rates, so check their rates in advance.

The list and rates above apply to outgoing calls you make to numbers in those countries, while you're in the Netherlands.
Travelling abroad and receiving or making a call via your Rinkel mobile forwarding? Your mobile provider may charge roaming fees — those costs are separate from Rinkel and outside our control. A couple of tips to avoid that:
Use the Webphone: it calls over the internet, so no roaming on the phone network.
Or add a local number from the country you're visiting to your call forwarding. We support local SIM cards from the same countries on the list above.
