Naming your number
The steps are the same on your computer and in the app:
Go to your Number settings and use the dropdown to pick the number you want to name.
Type the name in the General > Name field.
Click Save. Done!

Does the person I'm calling see this name too?
No. What others see depends on their own provider and contact list, not on what you set in Rinkel.
How do I make my Rinkel number show up with a name on my own phone?
Save your Rinkel number as a contact on your phone. For example, as "My Rinkel sales". That way you'll see the name on screen as soon as a forwarded call comes in.
Can I make my business name appear to callers (CNAM branding)?
No. Which name shows up next to a number is decided by the recipient's provider and device. That's separate from Rinkel.
Can I change the name later?
Yes, as often as you like. Just update it in Number settings.
