What is Click To Dial?
Click To Dial from Rinkel is a Chrome extension. Anyone with access to the Webphone in MyRinkel can install it.
Phone numbers on websites are recognised automatically.
One click on a number opens the Webphone with the number already filled in.
Number not working as a link? Select it, right-click and choose Call with Rinkel Webphone.
What do you need?
A Rinkel subscription.
Access to the Rinkel Webphone.
Google Chrome (the latest version works best).
Installing Click To Dial
Head to the Rinkel Webphone in the Chrome Web Store.
Click Add to Chrome.
Confirm with Add extension.
Tip: pin the extension so it's always visible. Click the puzzle icon in the top-right corner of Chrome and click the pin icon next to Rinkel Webphone.
Not working?
Check that your Chrome browser is updated to the latest version.
Click To Dial only works in Chrome on desktop, not on mobile or iPad.
Log back in to MyRinkel and enable the Webphone if the extension isn't connecting.
