Forgotten your password and can't log in? No worries. Here's what to do:
Go to the Rinkel login page.
Enter your email address.
Click Forgot password?
You'll get an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the steps in the email to set a new one.
No password reset email?
Sometimes the reset email doesn't show up. A few things to try:
Check your spam folder. Reset emails often end up there.
Right email address? Make sure you're using the one linked to your Rinkel account.
Changed your email recently? The reset email may have gone to your old address. Try logging in with that one and changing the password from there.

Already logged in to your Rinkel account? Here's how to change your password:
Log in to MyRinkel.
Click your profile picture or initials.
Go to Login details.
Click Password and follow the steps to set a new one.
Click Save Password.
A few password tips
Pick a strong password that's hard to guess. A mix of letters, numbers and special characters works best.
Never share your password with anyone. Rinkel will never ask you to share it.
